Sightseeing in Copenhagen

Better customer reviews than any other bus tours in Copenhagen

Go with us on the GRAND INNER CITY TOUR if it is your first time in Copenhagen or on the GRAND DAY TRIP AROUND COPENHAGEN if you want to get out of the inner city and see The Viking Ship Museum and UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Kronborg Castle (Hamlet’s Castle) and Roskilde Cathedral.

We like small and personal tours. Our groups never have more than 16 people in them. Usually less. Our guides are dedicated and well educated locals speaking almost perfect English. They will tell you all that is worth knowing about Denmark and Copenhagen.

Our tour busses are new and luxurious and we can pick you up and drop you off at your hotel in Copenhagen.
We do our best every day to make ALL of our customers happy and that is why we currently have an all-time average of 4.9 out of 5 on TripAdvisor.

Private Tours, Transfers and Bus rental

Our two tours can also be bought as private tours with nobody else in the group but you. In that case the programme for the tours can be adjusted in any way you want. If you need transportation in a luxury minibus for a completely different purpose than sightseeing we are also available for that

  • “Exceptional service and excellent tour company”

It was a first time for us in Copenhagen and we got mixed up with the meeting place. After waiting for half hour we got help from a passer by who managed to contact the tour driver and tour guide, Morten. It was raining and the tour group had started visiting the first place of interest but the tour driver came back to pick us up and we were able to join the rest of the tour itinerary. This shows the company’s staff are committed to give excellent service and highly recommend this tour company in Copenhagen. We had joined both of their tours and they are a great way to see Copenhagen given the time constraint.

This was the highlight of our trip to Copenhagen. Joren and Robert exceeded all expectations and made for an unforgettable experience. They made everything easy and helped us see all these magical sites in a day which would otherwise have been impossible in a limited timeframe.

I chose this tour via Viator and it is the only way to go to two UNESCO world heritage sites – Roskilde cathedral, Kronborg Castle and Frederiksborg castle and Viking ships museum in one day without renting a car.
Hotel pick up was spot on and I ever freaked out a bit because our knowledgeable guide Jorgen showed up exactly on the minute they promised. He is more like a professor giving lectures with detailed facts and figures rather than a typical tour guide who is eager to sell optional tours (to get her cuts). Good job Hamlet Tours.
My only suggestion is to give a general description of the tour van e.g. White Mercedes Van so that those waiting in front of Tivoli Garden bus stop can easily identify

Even on a short stay, I always enjoy seeing something more than the city centre. I was prepared for cold but unfortunately my stay in Copenhagen was wet, walking isn’t that appealing. Hamlet Tours – Grand Day Trip around Copenhagen was perfect. A friendly obliging guide, Rasmus, who supplied lots of information (we even had strangers trying to include themselves into our group), cosy/ warm new bus, small group, well timed stops, in the wet a guide who parked as close as possible to sights, lunch at a very nice cafe. A full day & highly recommended.
