We offer pickup from most hotels in central Copenhagen. Pickups can start up to 60 minutes before departure; most take place 30–50 minutes before the tour begins.
You will receive an email with your exact pickup time at least 24 hours before the tour. Please reply to confirm the pickup reminder and check that the information you provided is correct. Contact us 24 hours before departure to verify your pickup time if you have not received it.
We do not collect from hotels outside the city centre, such as Crowne Plaza and AC Bella Sky, or from hotels right beside the departure point, where it is quicker to walk.
Cruise passengers: please provide your ship’s name so we can confirm whether pickup from your terminal is possible.
Luggage: suitcases and luggage are not allowed on the minibus.
