BOOKING

Bookings are accepted up to the start of the tour as long as there are available seats on the bus. Until 10.30pm the night before any available seats may be booked on this website. For same day bookings please call us as soon as possible from 7am when our phone  will normally be open. An online booking is binding as soon as it has gone through and you see the screen with a confirmation. We will also send you a confirmation email.

WHEN SHOULD THE GUEST PAY?

Online purchase must be paid by credit card upon booking. If you book through a hotel or the tourist information office, you either pay at the hotel or directly to our driver no later than at the start of the tour.

CANCELLATIONS

We will refund the full price if you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of your tour. If you cancel later than 24 hours before the start of your tour there is no refund. It does not matter what caused you to cancel and there will be no exceptions from this policy.

LOST ITEMS ON THE BUS

We recommend that you do not bring valuables on our tours and will not cover loses if you lose items on the bus or anywhere else while on our tours.

BODILY DAMAGE

We do not cover damages to your body while you are on the tour. You must have an insurance that covers this. This includes but is not limited to: Damage from falling while on the tour. Stomach infections. Traffice accidents. Physical attacks from animals and third party.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE?

The guest should contact Hamlet Tours with any complaints. If the guest and Hamlet Tours fail to reach agreement during negotiations, they may approach the Danish Board for Consumer Complaints or a public court of law.

WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, STRIKES, ETC.

Both parties shall be entitled to waive the agreement if the event/arrangement cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, industrial disputes, road blocks, extended interruptions to the water or energy supply, fire, or other similar major incidents which neither party could either predict or influence.

THE DANISH PERSONAL DATA ACT

For purchases through our website
The guest consents, through payment, to the processing of personal data by Hamlet Tours. The purpose thereof is to enable the customary guest administration, to ensure that Hamlet Tours has access to reliable personal documentation in the event of an accident, and to administer and process any losses. The data may also be used to inform the guest of insurance and payment services and of travel-related offers. The information includes so called “regular information” including name, e-mail address and telephone number. The guest may also be contacted for the purposes of market surveys and reviews. We will store personal information for only as long as it is considered crucial for the operation of the firm and for no longer than three years.


When applying for a job at Hamlet Tours
The purpose of collecting information from applicants for jobs at Hamlet Tours is to ensure a proper and secure handling of the application. Here, we will collect so called “regular information” including name, address and telephone number. The collected data will solely be that which is provided to us in the application and CV. The data will be stored for five years in case you are given the job, and six months if your application gets rejected. We will not share your information with any third parties.
